Valentines Dance February 2011
The Farnborough Lions Club Valentines Dance at Wavell School Farborough on Saturday 19th Feb is to support the Zone 4k Funfest an event held in June every year to give those less fortunate throughout the south of England a fun filled day out at Fleet.
The Lions Clubs of Farnborough, Fleet, Hart, Hook & Odiham, Loddon Valley and Yateley & District combine to give people with disabilities, their families and helpers a great day out, free of charge. Events at Funfest include bouncy castles, giant slides, roundabouts, steam trains, music, marching bands and many additional sideshows. Free access for registered participants to the Hart Leisure Centre swimming pool is also available throughout the day.
The Valentines Dance is an ideal opportunity to bring along your friends for a fun party evening while supporting the Funfest. Dancing is to 'Time Machine The Band' who are an established group who play a wide variety of music through from the 70's to the 00's. Tickets are £12.50 including a fish and chip supper or vegetarian option, but bring your own drinks.
